Before beginning duties, our staff receives documented, in person, interactive, orientation with the director to improve the knowledge of the childcare operation, specific job responsibilities and needs of the children. Our staff is carefully chosen to work with young children. We consider them to be professional in the field of education and nurturing young children. Special trainings in child development is required to be employed as a teacher in our center. Criminal history background checks including FBI and fingerprinting are part of our employment screening process. All our staff is First Aid and CPR certified. All staff participate in a continuous training program which includes safety, health, allergies, child abuse, neglect prevention, learning environments, child development, and emergency preparedness. Our center also participates in the Texas Rising Star program.
